WE'RE HIRING: WFH Senior Sneaker Buyer (100% Work from Home)

Position Objective: As a Senior Sneaker Buyer, your objective is to find the best sneaker deals by sourcing from trusted sellers on Facebook, online marketplaces, and directly from official retailers. You must secure the lowest prices while ensuring authenticity and avoiding scams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Has purchased at least 300 sneakers in buying lifetime.
• At least 3 years of experience in sneaker reselling, retail buying, sneaker marketplace sourcing, and overseas marketplace buying.
• Experience in finding unconventional discounts such as customer service and new customer discounts.
• Experience in Discord Cookgroups and the like.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Find trending sneakers from resellers and retailer websites and sell as pre-order on our Facebook and Instagram Page.
• Source sneakers from Facebook Marketplace, Groups, and sneaker marketplaces.
• Book Lalamove to pick up purchased items.
• Verify authenticity and ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
• Support customer service by answering sneaker-related questions (you won’t talk to customers directly).
• Confirm availability before accepting down payments.
• Suggest sneakers to stock based on sales.
• Keep best-sellers in stock on the website.

Expected Outcomes/Targets:

• Ensure 100% availability of bestselling products.
• Ensure 95% delivery of committed pre-orders.
• Ensure 90% of pre-orders are delivered on time.
• Ensure 100% delivery of paid items.
• Maintain a 60% sell-through rate on purchased items.
• Achieve at least 50 pre-order sales within 30 days of start date.
  
• Increase pre-order sales by 20% every 90 days.
• Identify 2 new suppliers every 30 days.
• Achieve gross margin target.
