Our return/refund policy is as follows:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after your order has been delivered.
- Item(s) must be shipped to Shoenami within 3 days after approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping along with any associated costs. For your protection, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information such as LBC.
- Item(s) must be unworn, in the original condition received, and with tags attached if applicable. The box must also be in the same condition as received. The shoe box is part of the item, please make sure it is safely packed in an extra shipping carton so that it doesn’t get damaged during shipping.
- Once your return is received, you will be notified and issued a refund.
