WE'RE HIRING: Senior Sneaker Buyer
Position Objective: As a Senior Sneaker Buyer, your objective is to find the best sneaker deals by sourcing from trusted sellers on Facebook, online marketplaces, and directly from official retailers. You must secure the lowest prices while ensuring authenticity and avoiding scams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Work on-site in Pasig City, 3 days a week.
- At least 3 years of experience in sneaker reselling, retail buying, or sneaker marketplace sourcing.
- Proven track record of sourcing high-demand sneakers at competitive prices.

Strong network of trusted resellers, suppliers, and stores (both local and international).
- Knows how to source pairs from EU, US, or Asia markets and navigate import duties and taxes.
Expected Outcomes/Targets:
- 70% of budget on bestselling products.
- 20% of budget on adjacent bestselling products.
- 10% of budget on experimental products/brands.
- 100% availability of bestselling products.
- 80% delivery of committed pre-orders.
- 80% of orders are delivered on time.
- 100% delivery of paid items.
- Increase pre-order sales by 20% every 90 days.
- Every 60 Days:
- Identifying and Phasing Out Underperforming Products
- Supplier Scorecard (Reliability, Pricing, Ease of Doing Business, Refund Process, etc.)
- Sell 50% of purchased products.
- Identify 2 new suppliers.
