Digital Marketing Manager

We're Hiring 1 x Digital Marketing Manager:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible and accountable for the execution of our overall digital marketing efforts. This includes KOL/Influencer Marketing, Buyer Persona Research, Email/SMS Marketing, Sale Strategy, Content Strategy, and Brand Partnerships. 

Minimum Requirements:

• You have at least 3 years experience in digital marketing
• Strategic mag-follow up pero malambing, mabait, at malumanay (no joke!!!)
• Hindi makakalimutin at strict dapat sa work
• You will act as a role model for your direct reports
• You are positive, humble, and open to continuous learning
• You have excellent written and oral English communication skills (use of highfalutin words and confusing corporate jargon are not required)
• Own computer/laptop and quiet place to work with stable internet
• Interest in sneakers is a plus (but not required!)

What you’ll be doing:

• Find and maintain relationships with influencers/celebrities/content creators
• Ideate, strategize, and oversee content creators to increase views, likes, and comments
• Develop, execute, and monitor influencer marketing strategies
• Research, identify, and execute brand X Shoenami partnership opportunities
• Coordinate with photographers and models for campaign shoots
• Hire agencies or freelancers to deliver successful marketing campaigns
• Conduct buyer persona research and competitive analysis to improve our unique selling proposition
• Develop and execute our sales strategies (double double, payday, clearance)
• Monitor and develop relationships with our top customers
