We're Hiring 1 x Chief of Staff:
Also known as the Chief Problem Solver, the Chief of Staff (COS) gets things done. As the COS, you must be able to execute tasks with minimal to no supervision. When special projects arise that don’t fit neatly into anyone else’s job description, the chief of staff handles them to keep the Founder focused.

Nag hahanap ako ng tutulong sakin gumawa ng mga bagay-bagay na mahihirap, kung marketing ka at gusto mo nasa marketing ka lang this job is not for you. Minimum Requirements:
- Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
- This is a full-time role, you must be able to commit to the job 100%.
- Open to fresh graduates!
- College graduate of any course. (dapat tapos mo college)
- You must not be studying anymore and you must have no other work commitments.
- Your own computer/laptop and quiet place to work with stable internet.
- Must have a positive attitude, humble, and eager to learn.
- Experience supporting leaders/founders is a plus!
- Interest in sneakers & hype culture is an advantage.
What to expect:
- Hybrid: Mostly work from home (WFH) but on-site in Pasig City whenever necessary.
- You must not have other jobs/responsibilities as this role is demanding.
- Whenever requested, you will meet with the founder in-person in Pasig City or remote through video call (hybrid/work from home).
- You must be available for on-site tasks including Sundays, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- You must be a self-starter able to learn independently and able to execute with minimal supervision.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor and brainstorming partner.
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the Founder.
- Act as a liason or gatekeeper between other departments.
- Ability to make good decisions quickly on behalf of the executive if they are not available.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized while working with a fast-paced team, often under pressure.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Must have great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees of all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You must be willing to self-learn and execute or outsource any tasks from the following areas: photography, content creation & ideation, shopify, SEO, email marketing, paid ads (google, meta, etc), graphic design, packaging, public relations, KOL management, tiktok shop, tiktok live, live selling, etc.
- You must be ambitious, committed, driven, self motivated, hungry to learn, and can execute with minimal to no supervision.
What you’ll be doing:
- Respond immediately to the Founder at anytime to ensure timely acknowledgement and completion of tasks (within reason, syempre).
- Help lead and initiate new business processes throughout the organization.
- Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of key teammates and identifying potential solutions.
- Represents the Founder in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports the Founder in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.
- Acts as the liaison between the Founder and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time.
- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Establishes standards and procedures for hiring and managing the office staff and personnel for the Founder.
- Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.
- Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance.
- Build connections across all key teammates of the organization.
- Analyze and report performance based on strategies and business goals and recommend areas needing improvement.
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
- Assist and communicate with teammates in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with leads and teammates.
- Again, you must be willing to do the dirty work no matter how difficult or do things that others may perceive as below them (no excuses mindset).
