You have strong proof that you can sell
Example: sales records, rankings, awards, quotas hit, screenshots, or proof of past performance. -
Your previous managers can confirm you were a top performer
Ideally, they can verify that you were part of the Top 10% of your team. -
You can provide at least 2 previous managers as character references
We prefer managers because they can honestly tell us how you performed, worked with others, and handled responsibility. -
You can commit to this role full-time
We are looking for someone who can focus on this job only, with no other job, freelance work, online business, or side work that may affect your availability, focus, or performance. -
You are willing to work with a flexible schedule
This role may require working mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on customer demand. We need someone who can adjust when needed and treat this as a serious full-time role. -
You are honest about your past mistakes or failures
We do not expect perfection. We value people who are transparent, accountable, and willing to improve. -
You have stayed in your previous jobs for at least 2 years
This shows commitment, consistency, and the ability to grow with a company.

Minimum Requirements:

3 + years of quota-carrying sales experience in any of these channels—chat, phone/voice, or in-person retail—and ranked in the top 10 % of your team.

Proven track record of beating targets: bring screenshots, payslips, or dashboards showing monthly goal vs. actual, upsell rate, CSAT, and return rate.
- We will conduct a reference check to prove your sales numbers. You arrange a call with your previous boss. No reference check = no hire.
- NOTE: Only candidates who have proven sales experience will be considered. If you can prove your numbers—chat, phone, or face-to-face—let’s talk.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound chats into paid orders on Viber, Facebook, Instagram, and e-mail—hitting ≥150 pairs/month by month 2.
- Upsell complementary pairs or accessories, lifting the average basket to 1.3 pairs per transaction.
- Reply within 5 minutes (during working hours) and keep every customer 100 % satisfied—zero negative public reviews.
- Log every sale in our database within the shift, tagging size, model, and follow-up date for accurate commission tracking.
- Guide customers on sizing; keep returns/exchanges under 10% through accurate advice.
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch to ensure same-day pickup booking and issue resolution.
- Suggest products you see trending in inquiries to help the team hit sales targets.
- Own your numbers—submit a quick end-of-shift report on pairs sold, upsells, and pending follow-ups.
- Provide after-sales support, including order follow-ups, delivery updates, and concern resolution.
- Keep sales tracking accurate, complete, and up-to-date, including post-sale transactions.
Expected Outcomes/Targets:
- SALES: Sell at least 150 sneakers by the end of month 2 and every month thereafter.
- SATISFACTION: 100 % customer satisfaction; zero negative public reviews.
- RESPONSE SPEED: Less than 5 minutes during working hours.
- ATTENDANCE: Only 2 emergency or unplanned absences allowed per quarter.
