We're Hiring 2 x Chat Sales Representative:
A chat sales representative's job is to sell our sneakers (duh) by understanding our Sneaker-Friends needs and solving their problems. This is done by knowing what you're selling, listening and not interrupting, consistent follow-ups at the right time, and being honest and staying positive.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 4 years of sales experience
- Your own computer/laptop and quiet place to work with stable internet
- Must have a positive attitude, humble, and open to continuous learning
- Interest in sneakers is a plus (but not required!)
What to expect:
- This role requires being stationed at your computer for 8-10 hours daily, responding to inquiries continuously
- Meet and exceed demanding monthly sales quotas
- Available for rotating shifts (7am-4pm, 12pm-9pm, 3pm-12am) including Sundays, weekends, and holidays
What you’ll be doing:
- Respond immediately to 1,000+ inquiries daily
- Follow up repeatedly with potential customers to close sales
- Utilize product knowledge to drive sales
- Process orders, billing, and shipping details accurately
- Track returns and exchanges
